The first branch - Al-Abed Pastry Company - was opened in 1974 in Talaat Harb Street in the center of the country, and it was the real beginning of the current series of branches and writing this name in the manufacture of eastern and western sweets, baked goods and ice cream. It also provides on occasions such as feasts, Eid al-Fitr, the Prophet's birthday and Ramadan, products such as Kahk, Petit Four, Biscuits, Ghriba, Halawet al-Mawlid and Yamish Ramadan.
