Over a decade ago Dubai moms Mira and Rama were in the Big Apple enjoying the glorious comfort food that is an authentic bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Mid-bite they realized that this flavor they loved was something they couldn’t find in the city they love – Dubai. And so they remedied that, and in 2003 Circle was born. The menu has continued to evolve – and while bagels served with fillings to suit all tastes will always be at the heart of Circle, you can now also munch on salads, super bowls, shwarma or salmon (what a mouthful!)
