1. Ownership of platform content

mat3am.net's design, logo, interface, code, and compiled database are protected by our own or our licensors' intellectual property rights. No part of the platform may be copied or republished (beyond ordinary personal use for browsing restaurants) without prior written permission.

2. User- and owner-submitted content

When you upload photos, text, or restaurant data, you represent that you own the right to share it or have permission to do so, and you grant mat3am.net a license to display it on the platform as described in the User Agreement. Underlying ownership of the original content remains with you or its rightful owner.

3. Restaurant names and trademarks

Restaurant names and logos displayed on the platform remain the property of their respective owners, shown here for directory/identification purposes only - not as an endorsement or a claim of ownership on our part.

4. Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe content published on mat3am.net infringes copyright you own, please send a notice that includes:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
• A link to the specific content on the platform.
• Your contact information (name and email).
• A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized by the copyright owner.

Send the notice via the Contact page. We'll review each report and remove or disable access to infringing content once a claim is substantiated.

If you believe content was removed in error or due to a mistaken infringement claim, you can contact us to request a review and provide clarification.
