Beihouse occupies three restored 19th-century houses on Pasteur Street in Gemmayzeh, facing the port of Beirut. Its dining room, led by chef Tarek Alameddine, reworks Lebanese staples with fermentation, preservation and international techniques, and the house also has a cocktail bar and a garden courtyard.
