Blue Donkey is the restaurant of Lazib Inn, a boutique hotel in Tunis Village near Lake Qarun in Fayoum. Its menu mixes American comfort dishes such as wings, ribs and crab cakes with Oriental flavours, using locally grown produce, and it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner by the fireplace or on a terrace overlooking the lake.
