El Reducto is a riad and restaurant in a former Moorish palace in the Tetouan medina, which became the residence of the Grand Vizier in 1948 and opened in 2006 as the medina's first riad. One of its two restaurants serves traditional Tetouani Moroccan cuisine, and the other serves Spanish and international tapas.
