Philippe by Philippe Chow is the Kuwait branch of the New York Chinese restaurant led by chef Philippe Chow, and the brand's first location outside the United States. It is in the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre on Arabian Gulf Street and serves Beijing-style dishes such as Peking duck and satays.
