Reif Kushiyaki is the Egyptian edition of chef Reif Othman's Japanese street-food restaurant, operated by Baky Hospitality Group at 5A By The Waterway in New Cairo. It specialises in kushiyaki, skewers grilled robata-style with chicken cuts from neck to tail, alongside ramen, yakisoba and sushi rolls.
